even though i can dupe, i dont have server powers. i couldnt "ip ban you"

My bad, you said you IP banned Tyl3r when I was standing next to Ctrl Alt Del and then all of a sudden I got logged out. And then I couldn't connect. So I switched to my modem rather then broadband card, and then I could connect. But today I can't.
